Espero visitarlos pronto.

The Inka Jungle Tour was certainly an unforgettable experience! From descending down the mountain pass to rafting and ziplining, I’m not really sure what I enjoyed more! All in all, the guide was especially knowledgeable and pretty much everything went smoothly along the trip. Can’t recommend enough to anyone who wants to get a more authentic tour experience in Peru!

The Salkantay trek was an unforgettable experience! The journey through the Salkantay pass and the breathtaking landscapes of the andes was truly awe-inspiring. The guides were knowledgeable and supportive, ensuring everyone's safety and comfort throughout the trek. The accommodations and meals provided were excellent, especially considering the remote locations we stayed in. One suggestion for improvement would be to offer more frequent breaks during the trek for those who may need extra rest. Overall, it was an incredible adventure that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a challenging and rewarding trekking experience in Peruuu!

Had an amazing experience on the Salkantay Trek with InkaJungleTour! The views were stunning, and the guides were fantastic. The trek was challenging but so rewarding, especially when we finally reached Machu Pichu. I was happy with the several options during meals.

Doing a project for tourist places. This looks like an amazing place. Would definitely go. Great reviews, great locations, great tour guides (or so I've heard)

I did two tours - the first was 2 days to Machu Pichuu. We biked downhill along a road in the mountains, scenery was beautiful. Then we went to a small coffee farm, this was really cool, we got shown the whole process of making coffee right there and got to sample the coffee, and we had a tour of the property which included lots of different fruit trees - I found this whole part really interesting. We went hot pools, for a nice little chill out time, picturesque here, then took the car to the point where the train goes up to Aguas Calientes and we walked along the train tracks to the town. Another very picturesque walk, nice to take it slow up here (by walking instead of train) and take in all the scenery. Stayed the night in Aguas Calientes. Really recommend going up Machu Picchu mountain, which is what they suggested, I found it quite tough, but totally worth it, and even if it's cloudy still do, it's very atmospheric and there will be periods where you can see Machu Picchu, especially heading back down when it's clearing more. We had most of the day to spend at Machu Picchu and got the train back from Aguas Clientes that evening. I thought this was a really nice varied tour, we got a lot into the 2 days but it didn’t feel overly exhausting. I also appreciated how we had the whole day at Machu Picchu as I think depending on the tour/company sometimes you only have a few hours or the morning which I think would feel rushed and you definitely want the time to appreciate the whole place. I definitely feel the tour operators care a lot about customising tours to best suit who’s on them, and really want the people to have a really good time. I also appreciated that they noticed I was a little nervous about the biking so gave me some extra guidance. The second tour I went on was a day trip, in the morning we went to a rainbow mountain, but not the main tourist one, another one, we were the only people there for most of the time we spent there, with one other group arriving as we were leaving. Very beautiful landscapes and varied - with rock formations and the rainbow streaked mountains, plus the drive there and back passes little houses and farms, llamas and sheep. We stopped for lunch, which was really delicious, then we drove to Q’eswachaka - the last Inca bridge. This is really cool, very impressive, the history is really interesting, I recommend doing some extra reading about it before visiting so you appreciate it fully. A lot more driving on this tour, although you walk around both the sites, it takes a little while in the car to get to and from them. But it was fine with me because I was pretty tired from Machu Picchu. They’re both really cool sites to see, if you’re interested in seeing them both this is a good option for a day trip.

We booked the 4/3 days Inka Jungle Tour and couldn't have been happier. Everything was very well organized and executed. Our guide Tony was fantastic, he went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and share his passion for his culture and Peruvian history with us. The meals were all amazing and the accommodations were nice. This tour is slightly more expensive than some of the other tours we came across but it is well worth it. Highly recommended!

I took the tour with my friend and as we heard so many disastrous story from travelling agencies in Peru we were rather very reserve to this on as well. It was quite a surprise for us to find out that Inkana Jungle Tour operates with 100% professional equipment and well-trained guides. I can recommend Oscar, as he not only provided us with inside information about peruvian culture but was also great company on our 4-day trip. I would recommend the mountain biking tour for people who really like adventures and are not afraid of getting wet or dirty - it can be quite demanding sometimes :)

I had a lot of experience with taking tours around Peru and Bolivia and I need to admit the service of Inkana Jungle Tour was so far the most reliable one. During my tour I was equipped with truly professional equipment and got clear instructions on how to use it. The guides are professional as well and ful of joy. Actually that is what I liked the most, very relaxed atmosphere and lot of fun. Recommend

Perfecto!! un sueño cumplido: Machu picchu un amor encontrad: Gaston (mi nene)
Looking for a pure, challenging, and crowd-free Andean adventure in Cusco? The Chimoma Tour (Chinchero-Moray) is a fascinating 1-day hike (32 km / 20 mi) designed to connect the heart of Andean history. Cross beautiful landscapes of the mountain range at 3,800 m.a.s.l. (12,467 ft), descend to the concentric terraces of Moray, and finish by exploring the ancient salt mines of Maras without rush. 🏔️🥾
Prefer to complement your adventure with a classic and traditional circuit? We suggest exploring our complete itinerary of the Complete Sacred Valley, ideal for enjoying Inca architecture in Pisac and Ollantaytambo in total comfort.
| Feature | Chimoma Tour (1 Day) | Classic Sacred Valley (1 Day) |
|---|---|---|
| Type of Experience | Active hiking and scenic trekking in the mountain range | Traditional tour in tourist transport with guided visits |
| Adventure Level | High (Altitude hike at 3,800 m.a.s.l.) | Moderate (Ideal for families and gentle acclimation) |
| Scenery & Surrounding | Andean lakes, agricultural fields, and exclusive views of snow peaks | Wide views of the Vilcanota River and traditional valley towns |
We will begin our journey from Cusco to the fascinating Sacred Valley of the Incas. Our first stop will be Chinchero, famous for its ancestral textile art and beautiful Inca terraces. We will continue to the impressive agricultural laboratory of Moray, characterized by its astonishing concentric circular terraces simulating different microclimates. We will finish by marveling at the Maras Salt Mines, featuring over 3,000 artisanal salt pools exploited since pre-Inca times. Return to Cusco (Altitude: 3,399 m (11,152 ft) / 11,152 ft) full of cultural learnings and unforgettable Andean landscapes.
A continuación detalles y características del tour Chimoma:
Cusco (Hotel pickup and return included)
6:00 a.m.
The Chimoma Trek is classified as a moderate to demanding hiking route. We will cover approximately 12 km (7.5 miles) / 7.5 miles of high-altitude Andean trails. The critical factor is the altitude, as we walk steadily at 3,800 m (12,467 ft).a.s.l. / 12,467 ft before gradually descending to 2,900 m (9,514 ft).a.s.l. / 9,514 ft in the Sacred Valley. We strongly recommend having a good level of cardiovascular fitness and, most importantly, spending at least 1 to 2 days of acclimatization in Cusco prior to the trek to avoid altitude sickness.
This journey offers one of the most complete historical experiences in Cusco. We will explore the ancient agricultural terraces of Chinchero and its beautiful colonial temple. Next, we travel to the stunning concentric circles of Moray, a unique agricultural laboratory where the Incas experimented with crops in different microclimates. Finally, we hike down to the spectacular Maras Salt Mines, comprised of over 5,000 active saltwater pools that have been hand-harvested since pre-Inca times by the local community.
For the optional mountain biking ride toward Moray and Maras, extreme biking expertise is not required, but you must have basic experience riding multi-gear bikes on unpaved or dirt roads. We provide top-of-the-line full-suspension or front-suspension mountain bikes and high-security helmets. If the weather is poor or you prefer not to ride, our private support vehicle will accompany you comfortably throughout the journey at no extra cost.
Since this is a full-day excursion experiencing drastic microclimate changes (windy and cold in Chinchero, dry and hot in Maras), a lightweight 20 to 30-liter daypack is essential. You must pack a windproof jacket or thermal layer, sturdy trekking shoes with non-slip soles, a sun hat, high-factor sunscreen, sunglasses, mosquito repellent, and a waterproof rain poncho. A refillable water bottle is also highly recommended to keep you hydrated.
The tour includes elite private transportation, a professional bilingual guide, and a nutritious Box Lunch. However, for entrance fees you should consider: 1) You must have a valid Cusco Tourist Ticket (BTC), which grants access to Chinchero and Moray ruins. 2) Bring cash in Peruvian Soles (PEN) to pay the direct community entrance fee at the Maras Salt Mines, as it is not covered by the tourist ticket.
